Sick? Worried? Idk what to think

Okay so for a few weeks I’ve been having. Cramping it got really bad last week but also last week I run a low grade fever and I’ve felt weak as week old dish water...I’ve had the flu shot but this doesn’t really feel like the flu either. My fever today has got up to 101.3 today. My cramping has came back and also my lower back is hurting and I’ve been short of breath I can walk around the house without getting light headed. I’m 8-9 weeks pregnant. I just really feel like somethings wrong😞😞
