Help!! Needing advice!!

Needing help, my mom has been living with my family (husband and two kids 3 & 5 months old) for over a year now. When we offered her to stay with us until she found another home we thought it was temporary. Couple months or so. It’s been over a year now. I feel like she thinks it’s her Home, I respect my mother so I feel like I’m stepping on toes, it’s causing issues in my marriage but I dont know how to tell my mom I think it’s best if she moves out. I love my husband and I love my mom but I’m stuck in a rock & hard place. I don’t want to hurt my moms feelings but what else am I suppose to do. She’s lived in our home since the day we bought it and moved in.😭😭😭
