Cleaning Products Unsafe?

Question

what do you ladies use to clean your house? when I do a deep clean I usually use bleach diluted in hot water. I've been told by some people that bleach may be too strong and not use that to clean while I'm pregnant. I know there are natural cleaners I could use or simply lemon and vinegar, but I only really feel as if the house is clean when I use bleach and my Lysol sanitary wipes. 
do you think I should stop using bleach? as a side note my house smells clean when I'm done but it's not overpowering.

I use method brand cleaners. Target has them. They have all kinds of bathroom and kitchen antibacterial.. all naturally derived cleaner. 
I would recommend not using harsh cleaners with bleach or ammonia.

I haven’t stopped using bleach.. as long as the place is ventilated. I think if it was particularly dangerous then it would be flagged by the doctor or midwife... through out all of my pregnancies it’s never been mentioned

I use vinegar, baking soda, castile soap, and a cleaning blend of essential oils to make most of my cleaners. I buy Biokleen dish soap and If You Care Dishwasher Tabs.

I've been using bleach still. My used clothes and cloth diapers need to be sanitized so there's no way around it if I want my stuff clean for baby. Just make sure you're not breathing in the fumes.
