what department do i call at the hospital to find out when my scan is? ive been waiting 3 weeks for a letter. UK

I am already 13 weeks pregnant and haven't had my first scan I've called my midwife many times and hasn't got back to me I've called the doctors last week and they said they will call my midwife - haven't heard from them since! so id like to call the hospital I will be having my scan with to find out when I'm having it..

If you have a local maternity hospital then call them.
I’m in the UK and our maternity hospital is separate to the main hospital and all scans are carried out there. If not, did you get any numbers for the community midwives on your notes?

I’m in the UK. Call your maternity unit, they’ll then direct you to the right ultrasound people or they may even be able to look it up for you. Where are you? Down in Southampton they have a separate women’s hospital so it was easy to find the number x
