34 week pain in vagina

When I wake up sometimes I feel swollen and painful. Especially when me and my SO play around and I get turned on I get a terrible pain in my vagina like something is going to fall out. It’s been like this for a month. We haven’t been able to have sex either because he can’t actually get inside me. It’s the most painful after I orgasm it’s like someone is twisting a knife in me.
