Does he want kids?

So, and tell me if I'm just overthinking, each time my boy and i do the deed, it's plain instinct for him to pull out. Prior to this, car ride to his place, he randomly, "We're not giving our kids medicine" and just continues to explain why. Not, "Don't give your kids this" but "We're not giving our kids this." And like.. i just listened for the most part cause he's just giving health facts. Later, the deed, he ASks, "Where do you want me to finish?" And I'm like. BRUh. Do you want kids, why are you giving me that option cause we don't use protection - thinking about it now, that's what i'm left with, bro, where'd your instinct go. I could let go of the comment in the car ride cause it could also be, "We're not doing this" broke into, "I'm not doing this, i suggest you don't either." So I'm letting that chill. It's when he gave me the option that I'm like, Do you need permission, my dude. I'm not gonna obsess until he straight-up says something but like.. are these small hints.
