23 and still a virgin✌🏻
My virginity is a back and forth subject for me. I’m not at all ashamed of being a virgin at my age. Originally I wanted to wait until marriage (for religious purposes) but the last two years or so I’ve noticed that the feeling goes through seasons. For a few months I want to wait and then for a few months I couldn’t care less and just want to know what sex feels like for myself, and so, it cycles. Like maybe it’s not a big deal to wait or not.
I still believe in God and it’s still a very important part of my life. But I don’t know.
Honestly, I don’t even know if I’m ranting right now or asking for advice lol I guess just wondering if anyone else feels the way I do.

I’m not a virgin but I’m religious and originality wanted to wait until marriage... I don’t regret my decision or think it makes me any less of a person in the eyes of God. I believe everything happens for a reason and what ever happens we will grow from and it will be used to make us the people God intended us to be.

well I'm not a virgin but I have this friend she didn't lose her virginity until just recently. she's 21, she always wanted to wait until marriage for other reasons, but then she started dating my brother in law and because he makes her feel safe and really loved and reapected her decision and never tried pressuring her she gave him her virginity. its so cute, he's always talking about how he wants to marry her and they have promise rings and everything. sometimes it's a matter of finding the right person who will respect your decision and they leave the choice up to you for when you're ready

I was actually 23 when I had sex for the first time. I wasn't waiting due to any particular religious reasons, I just knew that I was not ready to have sex while I was in high school (as far as I'm concerned NOBODY is emotionally/mentally ready for this at 14/15/16 as is apparent by a lot of the posts I see on here). There's absolutely nothing wrong with waiting if that's what you're comfortable with, just like there's nothing wrong with engaging if that's what you're comfortable with. Anybody who can't respect your decision is not somebody you need in your life xx

Well I feel like you. I am 17 still a virgin in a long-term relationship. For both religious and personal reasons. My opinion about this is if you have someone you really love for a long time and you feel like he's the right one and worths to take away your virginity but most important if YOU want it then do it girll
