Way more sleep 😴

The past 2 days my 7 week old has been sleeping a lot more .... today he has pretty much been sleeping all day long only up when I wake to feed and change but he barely keeps his eyes open ...

This isn’t his normal behavior he normally is up all day long maybe one short nap and he will always wake up if I set him down well he naps.

He has no fever be he has had a bit of a cough just 3 or 4 pretty normal sounding coughs once In a while when he is awake. And I have also noticed with his breathing when he’s awake it’s a pretty congested and heavy from the chest kind of breathing...

I called the doctor they said I can take him in to urgent care tonight since he has a cough at this age but he has always coughed a few times on and off threw out the day I’m more worried about the increase in sleep and eating a bit less as well as how he’s been breathing...

Is this normal anyone have any advice or had this happen??
