Newborn Sleepies

If anyone can help id be grateful. I can’t ever find online what I’m curious about. My baby sleeps 3 hours during naps. Almost always. She’s almost 3 weeks old. Sometimes, like today, she will wake up crying like 2 or 3 large cries and then stop and go back to sleep. Then in 4 minutes, do it again. So by this point of napping I’m awake because I can’t sleep through any crying. The cycle will go for about 20 minutes, then she settles into deep sleep again. I’m assuming it’s just her in light sleep and she’s fine. But wtf. How am I supposed to keep sleeping with her doing it? I wake up and she won’t stop it until I’m fully awake. Then slides back into a deep sleep. Any ideas? Anyone else’s baby do this?
