Weird cramping?

Okay so I woke up early this morning with weird cramping from my left side felt like my ovary area maybe? And in the middle of my hip and ribs also kinda went down into my back. Wondering what this is. I thought it may of been my period coming on so I didn’t give it to much thought I put a bad on n went back to bed. About 2-3 hours later I woke up and the pain was almost gone but still there in some places expect it move to just my ovary area and wasn’t as bad. This all started about 6 am now it’s 8:30 no blessing and no more cramps??? Any advise to what that all was?
