Need advice please

I’m 24 with PCOS I’m taking 1000mg of extended release metformin every night, been TTC for 7 months, any advice on conceiving with PCOS? Tested this morning due to tender breast and being extremely tired and moody and got a BFN 😭 any advice at all will be helpful.
