Facial Hives?? Sign of pregnancy??

I've never posted before, but I can't seem to find much answers anywhere else. Last month in January (14th) 2018, my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex and he accidentally came inside me, being unaware and didn't remember a thing when he woke up because he was half asleep when it happened. The day after on the 15th, I got my period. It was 4 days, and up to 3 days after I had really light spotting, on/off throughout the day. It's February now and AF isn't due until the 15th of this month. I now have hives on my eyelids and all over my face. We're going to the doc tomorrow to see what's up, but I'm wondering if it could be a sign of pregnancy. The only other signs I've had are lower back ache, tender breasts and hot flashes. But I didn't know if it was also possible to get pregnant when you had your period. I haven't taken a test yet, but I'm kinda scared to because it could be negative/positive and I don't know how to react to either. But any help or advice would be great! Thank you ladies!
