Swollen face??

Im 36 weeks today and its 4am and i woke up with a pounding headache. Last night my neck on my right side hurt so bad and it still hurts. I wet to the bathroom to pee and my face is swollen! Should i call my doctor in the morning when they open? Im so worried

So i went into the emergency room and they took me to labor and delivery. Was monitored for 2 hours and baby is fine. They gave me a shot for my migraine and man does that shit work lol. I wish i knew what it was they gave me. 
But im doing better and little man is doing perfect. 
Was having contractions, but i couldnt feel them. The nurse checked my cervix and said it was really low but still closed. Baby should be coming soon i hope

Definitely get looked at ASAP. It could be nothing serious, but it could be the beginning signs of preeclampsia. I had it with my first pregnancy at 18 yrs old. And my midwife missed the signs and sent me home without checking my blood pressure. I ended up going home to have 3 seizures before I could get back to the hospital and being diagnosed with full blown toxemia! End result was a mini stroke at 18yrs old and a crash c-section. Don’t brush it off! Make sure you and baby are ok!

Yes definitely call as soon as you can or even go to hospital, it could be nothing but swelling can be a sign of preeclampsia which can be dangerous for you and bub. It’s better to be safe then sorry. Good luck and I hope everything will be okay!
