Fall off the bed

Put my 7 month old in the middle of the bed this morning while I quickly went to grab clothes from the closet. Before I even got to the closet I heard a thud. She had turned herself and rolled her way off the bed. My hubby was making his side of the bed and couldn’t reach for her fast enough. She seems fine. Has a little mark on her nose and forehead (looks like carpet burn). Looking for advice if you would just keep and eye on her or if you think a trip to the dr or emerge.
