Low PAPP-A MoM Score and 1/170 Chance of DS?

Trying not to freak out. My PAPP-A Score is .18 and my chance of DS is 1/170 (technically negative but still feels high). I am 32. Has anyone ever had numbers like this and what was the outcome? I’m so sad.
