10 weeks with abdominal cramping and sharp pains in rectum

TMI- since Sunday morning I’ve had craps on my lower left abdomen on and off all day. Woke up Monday and still had them and they moved kind of behind my belly button so I called the Dr. They said it sounded like constipation pain. Tried fiber and had a ton of loose stool for a few hours so I figured I was good... woke up today still with the same pains/ cramps and lots of gas and now a sharp stabbing pain around my rectum! Is this constipation or uterus growing pains?
