Normal pregnancy discharge??

Ever since I got pregnant in November I have been constantly battling yeast infections and BV. I am constantly at the doctor where they do a Pap smear and test, usually shows positive for a BV and I get meds. Well I’m about 5 days into my meds and I’m still having this type of discharge! It’s disgusting and ruining my sex life at this point. I’m starting to think it’s just normal for this pregnancy and there is nothing I can do. Also I have been tested for all STIs every time I go for these test! Even though I have a monogamous relationship. Always come back negative
