Came off the pill, irregular periods?

Hi so I stopped taking my birth control pills bc I was put on blood thinners for a blot clot situation. I stopped January 3rd and got I guess a withdrawal bleed on Jan 5-10.

I marked it down as a period but now waiting for my next period to start and according to my calendar I'm 3 days late...

My question is, is this normal to happen when coming off the pill ?

Are irregular periods going to happen the first few months off coming off?

I do plan on going back on birth control after I'm down with my blood thinner medicine.
