Bleeding Gums- mouth sooo sore

So I know it's another lovely common pregnancy thing, didn't have it with my first 2, but this time my mouth, just mouthfuls of blood not even when I'm brushing my teeth 😔, I've been waking up with my mouth so sore too. I've been to the dentist today they've done a deep clean and said I may need to come back in 3 months and to just see how I get on! I think because my mouth was so sore anyway having the deep clean was just awful, but all done now and baby will be worth it! just wanted to have a I feel sorry for myself moment before realising I'm incredibly lucky for baba no.3 xxx
