First Pregnancy Encouragement?

Question

I just found out at 5am this morning that I’m about 4.5 weeks pregnant. I’ve been stressing all day because I’m terrified of having a miscarriage. I keep telling myself that if I can be a part of the 60% that get pregnant in 3 months then I can be a part of the 80% that have a full healthy pregnancy. 
Any words of encouragement or advice is appreciated!

I’m right there with you! I’m 4 weeks 2 days today! Every time I go to the bathroom I’m so worried to see blood. My Dr. appointment isn’t until 3/2 😒 Being positive is easier said then done! Wishing u a happy & healthy 9 months!

We also got pregnant in our first month so we are ultra nervous.  Currently we are 7 weeks.  However, we keep telling each other this is in God’s hands and to think positive so not to spoil our excitement.  
Everything will be okay girl! Congrats!

just take every day as it comes. I was much more nervous with my first and I'm pregnant now and surprisingly much less anxious about it. just do what you can to enjoy being pregnant ❤ I know this isn't really good advice but you probably won't stop being anxious until long after the baby is born. good luck!

I’m trying to tell myself the same ! A day shy of 5 weeks and we got pregnant THE FIRST MONTH! i honestly thought it would take forever my lines have gotten darker so i stopped testing and like others say just sit back and enjoy it. Rest, eat healthy and stay hydrated and pamper yourself ❤️ here’s to a healthy 9 months!

It’s definitely a stressful time. I’m 7wk 4 days and still feel like there is a big risk, although by now it’s pretty low. Stay positive and try not to stress too much :)
