starting to get worried

I am about 6 weeks and 6 days. I am experiencing some moderate cramping/ warm sensation ( like before you start your period) on my left side, and it's accompied by the feeling of a lot of discharge. No bleeding or spotting of any kind, but it's enough to worry me. And of course everything you read says either you are fine or it is an eptopic pregnancy. This will be my rainbow baby and I am just worried. Is anyone else in this boat with me?
