Late?

Hi ladies. I had a still born birth a year ago last month. I’m 10 days late this month and on the 2nd day I was supposed to have my period it’s was a light spotting then darker in the evening. Haven’t had it again. I’ve been sick the last two days with I believe the flu(no throwing up, fever body aches) but I noticed today my nipples are super sore. Could I be getting my period?
