So I’ve been on a journey of losing weight and I started off at 131 and I’m now at 128 now I know losing 3lbs isn’t much but I’m glad I’m on the path of accomplishing and reaching my goal I’m eating healthy while doing this so ladies any healthy recipes you cook for yourself or your family breakfast lunch or dinner throw your idea in the comments im excited to try something new :)
