HAVING INTENSE CRAMPS

my stomach is hurting so bad right now.. I️ can’t be seen at the doctor until tomorrow. I️ don’t know what’s going on but in the beginning of January 3 I️ got a period. Couple days later I️ bled for a week but it was sooo light. Not enough to fill up a pad and just yesterday I️ spotted. Now today my stomach hurts so bad 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭 I’m so scared that I️ have something serious.
