Metformin and ovulation

So this past cycle I was on was my first full cycle on metformin. When I was on vitex and was having semi regular periods I would ovulate on CD 18 and start AF on CD30

This past cycle (the first on met) I ovulated CD14 like a normal cycle. Unfortunately timing didn’t work out and I know I’m out this month, but I was wondering if anyone else ovulated earlier while on met.

It gives me some hope that it’s actually helping my body do what it needs to, but I don’t want to get my hopes up.
