Strange feeling of fear?

This may not make sense because I’m overly tired and frazzled. Sorry in advance. This is a strange feeling I cant really pinpoint or explain. It’s like after a certain time some nights, everything has kind of a spooky feeling. Even something as simple as looking at the arrangement of the artwork on the living room wall.

I noticed I used to get this feeling when I was taking adderall. At night when it started to wear off, my pupils would go huge and id be scared of everything. I remember leaving campus after a looong day and night in the studio after taking adderall, I forgot where I parked and walked to the wrong lot. I saw my friend (who i was hopelessly in love with at the time) in his car. I realized I wasnt parked in that lot and got really really scared and ran really fast thru the parking lot. Lost my cigarettes in the process.

Just now I looked out the window and saw nothing but pitch black darkness and a few weird looking street lights. For a second i was so scared I thought I was losing my mind. I was on the phone with my boyfriend and we were talking about weird/cool stuff that happens outside at night.

I’ve felt this way all day today. I work in a FedEx warehouse which means trucks are driving in and out all the time. Today, it was raining really hard and the floors were wet. As soon as we had our pre-shift meeting, we hear the loudest crashing sound. I’m used to hearing those noises, usually its someone closing the flaps inside the semi trailers. But it was so surreal and scary when everyone started running over to where the crash was. One of the delivery trucks crashed into one of the parked trucks on the dock. Luckily no one was hurt. In a strange way, it had me shook all day. It took me a while to stop shaking and calm down.

Sorry if this made no sense at all, I’ve had a really rough busy day. I just wanted to see if anyone on here had similar experiences. I googled it and nothing really came up.
