Spotting
Help! I’m 3 weeks and 6 days pregnant. I’ve done five pregnancy test all positive. I started getting period cramps yesterday and started spotting. It was pinkish red and only when I wiped. I also notice some blood tissue in my urine ( super tiny). I went to the restroom this morning and the spotting has stopped.
Has anyone experience this?
