Toilet pic: what is it?? 😳

I’m 11 weeks 5 days pregnant with my second child. I’ve been having on and off spotting but doctors said the baby’s heartbeat and everything was fine about 2 weeks ago. Last 2 days I have been finding these little pieces in the toilet after peeing. I have no cramps or any significant bleeding.

Has anyone had this before? What is it? If I touch it, it kind of disintegrates and breaks apart easily! Discharge or something serious? I have my 12 week checkup on Monday and I think I’ll have the dr check for SCH or polyp.
