I'm a Ftm ... Need some help please!

I have already sent my ob/gyn an email (still no response) , but i'd like to know if this is normal, or if this is something serious... Ever since 11 week mark (12 weeks tomorrow) I've had tension headaches to my neck and shoulder (right side) and lower back pain (R.S.) & Leg pain (R.S. as well) & I'm very nauseous especially when I take my prenatal vitamins..Just wondering if all this pain is normal, my next appointment (NP Ultrasound.) Valentine's day & my next appointment w my Ob/gyn is the 26th of Feb.
