Help, my hair won’t heal.

I take medication for my Lyme disease and a certain drug made my bangs start to smell and be damaged. The only way I can discribe the texture on my bangs is it feels like pubic hair.

The medication I was taking that started this mess was Xifaxan 3 pills 3 times daily for 10 days.

I need help with how to treat it, I’ve tried leave in conditioners, deep conditioners, and countless hair treatments. And nothing is helping I’m scared it will be like this forever.

My confidence is destroyed, when my hair doesn’t look good I can’t feel confident or good. Even when my boyfriend says I look cute, I can’t truly see it.

My hairdresser is going to try another treatment but I don’t have my hopes up that it will help.

Please help me.
