Going rate for teen babysitter?

Hi ladies,
We are leaving our almost 3 year old daughter with a babysitter tonight for about 3 hours. My daughter knows the girl (family friend) and is well behaved and has no issue with separation. The babysitter will be giving my daughter dinner (pre-ordered pizza and salad), playing for a bit and then putting my daughter to sleep.
The girl is 14 years old and this will be her 2nd or 3rd time babysitting ever (1st time with us). 
What is the going rate?

Thanks for all the responses, we ended up being out for about 3.5 hours and gave her $40 for the night. 
I know it’s a little high but she did a great job. When my daughter went to sleep she didn’t just hang out and watch TV, she cleaned up my daughter’s playroom and organized her dress up area without being asked to. She even did a load of dishes! I was planning on giving her around $35 for the night but decided to just give two $20s when I saw all the extra tidying up she did! I love when people do a little extra and wanted to reward her.

I’d give her 15-20 for the night. It’s not a baby. She’s well behaved. 3 hours isn’t much.

We offer the state rate for new sitters, and a bit more once we know them.
For WA it's currently just under $2.50/hr, but we negotiate up to $5/hr for the right person to start if they're cpr trained, etc.

I think a lot depends on where you live & the amount of experience, we live in Seattle & had a 17 year old neighbor who has 5 years of experience watch our 10 month old for 5 hours in the evening, she told us she charges $13 an hour, if you go thru a service like Care.com the lowest is usually $18 an hour & that’s usually for college age folks w/ a couple of years of experience, in your case $10 hour is probably pretty reasonable
