What does round ligament pain feel like for you? 😣

I'm 15 weeks and I'm having some pain in my lower abdomen... I'm wondering if it's not RLP. I'm achy and almost crampy. It hurts in vagina and radiates into my upper thighs too. 5th pregnancy and never had this?

sounds like rlp to me but why not ask your doc or midwife to be sure.  I've read about some ladies putting a can of pop or beer between legs to help with vaginal pain. it's your pelvis expanding.   and this is the exact time in pregnancy you will feel rlp too.  I've been feeling it mostly between my butt and my legs.( I do a lot of walking at work.) sometimes feel it in lower abdomen on right side.  midwife confirmed it was rlp.

Round ligament pain is excruciating for me. If I get up or change positions to fast I’ll get the worst pain ever feels like my uterus just ripped open 😩 only lasts like 10 seconds but my gosh its horrible!
