Pain in C-section scar

I had my first c-section in October 2016. The scar healed well and everything was fine. About 10months after my son was born I started getting a pain in the right hand side of my scar, doctor guessed it was possibly a tiny hernia. However I’ve since found out I’m pregnant ( Now 20weeks) and the pain is getting worse and is not just at one side , it’s at both sides. Has anyone had pain in their scar during their second pregnancy? It seems to be getting worse the more I stretch. It’s not constant but sometimes if I move a certain way I get short, sharp pains from my scar up my hip. I told my obstetrician but he didn’t even look at my stomach he just said “ I’m not worried about it” - I asked if it was normal and he said no - which didn’t really fill me with confidence 🙈.
