bleeding after oral

so my boyfriend fingered me & once he was done my stomach felt like i was cramping. my period is irregular so i never really know when i’m about to start. there was a little blood on his fingers (he just told me to make sure i was okay, not embarrassing me or anything. super sweet right?) i went to the bathroom and i peed. after i wiped i had blood, like i had started my period. i put on a pad. went about my business. i woke up at 5:30, used the bathroom but there was nothing there. i wasn’t bleeding or anything. i don’t know what’s wrong. i bled for 3 minutes and now i’m not?
