Story time!
First of all, gore warning!!
Okay. I have very sensitive ears, and the cheap earrings Claire's makes doesn't really help with that. One time, when I was younger, I found some ones that didn't hurt my ears that bad and kept them on all the time. I have to say, it was getting a little sore. One night I was going to take them out, and I felt a strange lump in one of my earlobes. I didn't know what it was until I couldn't find the backing of my piercing... it clicked. The backing was inside my earlobe. I panicked and called for mum, who was very calm about it. She most likely wasn't calm on the inside, however. But I had to stand there, my shaking and figure, and let her pull the backing out of my earlobe with a pair of tweezers. Surprisingly, there was little pain if none at all, but there was a tiny bit of blood. She just put some polysporin and a bandaid on my ear, I looked like a pirate with only one earring for a while. We had gone to the doctors to see if we had done anything wrong, and they said that we did a good job handling the situation, and otherwise I would've gone into surgery. I just thought I'd share this crazy thing!
