From 210-113...97 pounds lost, time to work hard again after baby
Needed some confidence for my next weight loss journey and I found this gem. I was originally 210 pounds and went down to 113 pounds- when it came to my Crohn's disease, diet and exercise it was an uphill battle but I actually did it. I worked so hard to achieve this. Now I am 1 month postpartum and I can not wait until I get cleared to start exercising and lifting once again. I have about 40-45 pounds to loose. I was feeling very discouraged after pregnancy because I felt "fat again" and I am not happy with my appearance. However, I have a great support system behind me and my fiancé constantly tells me how proud he is of me and how I can do it again- which made me realize... my body just carried a beautiful baby girl for 9months, endured a c section and infection and is currently going through Crohn's symptoms once again. I need to give myself some credit and know that it may be hard at times but soon I will have my hot momma body 😉

Just need to thank all you beautiful ladies for all your positive feedback and comments. Wow I didn't think I'd receive all these awesome comments. This is definitely the motivation I needed and I'm very happy to continue this fitness journey with all you're awesome comments to back me up 😊❤️
