Tips for nausea?
So I'm around 5 weeks along, and whenever I eat something, I get extremely nauseous and have to vomit like 4out of 5 times I eat something. Also when I'm cooking dinner I get extremely nauseous so that I have to lay down, and then when I continue I have to vomit eventually. I'm taking prenatals from omnibionta and drink 2litres of water a day (I'm from Belgium) I'm seeing my gyno on wednesday but is there anything I could do in the meantime? Tips and tricks from women who've experienced this?
