AF or implantation?

Today AF was due and just this morning between 3am and 7am I had dull lower pelvic light cramps. They are gone now and the blood coming out is light pink and has been very very little compared to the red and more moderate flow I usually have. That being said, my breasts are not sore as most typical pregnant women’s become. Has anyone had implantation bleeding in the past like the one in the pic but not had sore breasts? I know I am crazy emotional but I have had a sinus infection for past four days so thought the exhaustion and emotions were that combined with AF coming . Can you test for positive pregnancy test on your AF / implantation day accurately?
