Bye Postpartum Tummy!
I’m stuck! I have no idea where to start. This postpartum tummy needs to go! I’m currently 6 months postpartum and wanna tighten up my stomach and lose weight. Obviously a good diet and exercise but I’m not sure what to start with or how to create a diet and exercise plan. What has worked for any of you? How long has it taken you to do your plan to lose the weight?
