Pressure on starting solids🤔

Why is my MIL pressuring on starting solids. It’s making me very upset. I want to nurse my baby until whenever he wants to stop he just turned 4 months on the 2nd. He does nurse all day long but I’m okay with that I’m a stay home mom so I have nothing but time 😂

We did start solids but he got constipated and since it’s not good to give water this young I stopped and now I’m not comfortable giving him food until 6 months when he can actually have water.

He is totally ready and he loves food he does so good with a spoon but still 😭 I don’t like feeling pressured
