First gyn/pelvic exam

Hi everyone.. I’m 18, last year when I was 17 i went to the gyn and got a prescription for birth control and I was a Virgin at the time. I am now 18 and have had sex with my boyfriend I’ve been for 4 years. I’m his only partner and he’s my only partner. We’ve never had sex without a condom and plan to only have sex after we marry. I’m going to the gyn to get more bc pills and I’m scared that I will get an exam. Please help me out
