I don't know what to do..

I'm struggling. All I wanted was no drama around my friends, but it seems like everytime I'm not within 5 feet of my friend, she gets really upset. A few days ago, we had a field trip at my school where my Choir class sang for other schools in the same program as ours. We weren't supposed to bring our phones, and earlier my friend gave me hers to look after. I was sitting with another friend when the teacher saw the phones and took them.
