can we talk about bloating?

I'm six weeks today and I am incredibly bloated. I have a BMI of 20.3 prepregnancy. I've only gained a pound and a half so far and my pants are all tight because of this stupid bloating. It's so frustrating. how do y'all deal with this?

Not only are we getting bloated but our bodies are changing shape.. I can't fit my pants and I've only gained one pound. Hips start to get wider to compensate etc. Get some leggings or honestly I got maternity pants at 11 weeks because my pants just weren't working and caused me discomfort even if they did zip and button.

I’ve lost a little, 2-3kgs, but on Saturday the bloat was so bad we had to go to the sports shop and I bought some men’s jogging bottoms because they were the only ones that didn’t feel uncomfortable over my belly. 
With me the bloat seems to come and go, yesterday I felt alright but this morning it’s back. 
Just get yourself some trousers that your comfortable in.
