What else can I try?
I have power pumped consistently, I'm using the right size shields, I'm drinking water, eating oatmeal, making lactation cookies, taking fenugreek, and started using an herbal Let There Be Milk! supplement that has a bunch of stuff in it that had amazing reviews.
Yet, here's 1 pumping session at work about 3 hours after I fed my 4.5 month baby at home, who went on to devour 6 ounces of formula because she was still hungry after emptying me.

And honestly, this is double what I was able to pump 2 weeks ago, but now I'm at a plateau. (Right side is smaller I assume because baby fed there last).
What else can I try? I hate supplementing with formula, but I'm at a loss.
I've been to lactation consultant appointments, and they only say "just keep feeding her." Honestly I ask so many questions, and they always seem so damn clueless.
I don't want to give up, but I don't know what else I can do.
Edits - I've used various high/low settings on the pump, and haven't noticed super high is more effective than medium where it's more comfortable.
I do massage and use heat when at home.
I do have a hand pump and one of those suction based pumps that I honestly haven't used it a while, I'll try using them tonight to see if they help!
