Symptoms of a cyst?

When I’m close to ovulating or starting my period I start to feel pressure or heaviness in my lower abdomen. It’s been happening for the last three months.

If I run up or down the stairs I almost feel like I can feel a “ball” moving with me.

I noticed the first time while I was sweeping and I thought my pants were just digging into me, however I went into the bathroom & pulled down my pants, pretended to sweep & I felt the pressure again.

Has anyone experienced this? Could it be a cyst? I work all the time & sadly I haven’t made it to a doctor!
