Condom Malfunction, HELP!!

Sooo my bf and I were doing the deed and when he pulled out there was whitish goo at the base of his penis that sorta looked like cum. He didn't pinch the tip when he put it on, and he came while inside me. However, it looked full when he took it off, and we checked it for rips or tears and there weren't any. Is it possible though that it leaked and I could be pregnant? I'm really worried now and don't know what to do. Please help.
