I’m 39 weeks pregnant and I’m noticing this kind of discharge every single time I wipe after going to the bathroom . Could this be mucus plug ?

are you still having sex? if so its your partners sperm mixed with your discharge i get the same when i have sex with my partner and my doctor comfirmed that it was :) i am 31 weeks and it looks exactly like that :)
