Anyone else’s baby not eating much solid food?

Question

My 9.5 month old baby started off with purées at 6 months but then refused to eat them. She will sometimes eat a few little bites of solids at mealtimes but that’s it. After a few bites she just refuses. Am I the only one experiencing this?

Our 10 month old son has never been a fan of finger foods. Outside of Mac and cheese and blueberry pancakes and puffs I’ve had no luck. He’ll eat anything and everything in purée form though. 🙄

We went straight to BLW and he was a great eater, now at almost 10 months it’s like a step back - sometimes the entire meal ends up on the floor without so much as even touching his lips 🙈 but I keep repeating “food before one is just for fun” 😂😂😂😂 if I didn’t repeat this constantly to myself I think I’d crack up!

Mine eats a couple bites only. It's random what she will or won't eat. lol unless it's hair, dirt, fluff whatever she finds on the floor and then it's a battle to get her not to eat it! haha
It's not a big deal if they aren't into food yet, she still nurses good. And rarely refuses peanut butter.

I'm glad I'm not the only one worried about nutrition... We're having the opposite trouble over here. We've done kind of a modified BLW, and my guys LOVE to eat everything from scrambled eggs to celery. Now one isn't wanting to drink his formula any more. I'm so worried they aren't going to get what they need...

My son is 10.5 months old. He was never a big fan of solid food in any form, pieces or puréed, but during the last 2-3 weeks he eats almost nothing! The only thing he will have a bite from is rye bread. He doesn’t want to be in his high chair any more either. 
He still breastfeeds, but I don’t think it is enough for him. I worry if he gets all the nutrients he needs...

my daughter hates eating! I'm having a hard time getting her to eat solids and she will be one so soon! I am scared I'm going to have to supplement toddler formula because she literally only wants her baba

We never did purees, she went straight to what we were eating and was an amazing eater at first. But now she’s 9.5 months and takes a few bites and then is done and doesn’t want anymore.

My daughter doesn’t, she never wanted puréed at 6 months so I slacked off then around 7-8 mo when she got two teeth I tried really soft mashable table foods. But she wouldn’t chew just swallow so she would gag and choke, freaked me out! So I tried puréed again and she’s sorta eat it. Now she’s wanting some foods but after 3-4 bites she prefers to smash it and play in it. Still only has the two teeth, so I think it frustrates her because she stares at me eating and wants it so I give her some and she tries to chew like me and can’t figure it out.
