Vvvvfl? Maybe?

I have been having bad cramps and some spotting but I have ovarian cysts. So I was thinking it was from a cyst rupturing. I was gonna go to the doctor to see if thats what it was or if maybe i had a uti. But first i wanted to take a pregnancy test knowing in the back of my mind it would be negative because im only 8dpo. Well i took the test left to take my kids to school and my fiancé called and said he sees a second line. This was 10 minuets after i took the test. He is super excited we have been tcc for 8 months now. Hes also a little upset because i told him im not sure its positive and we will wait to see if AF shows up. Her is the picture of the test.
