I feel like a teenager cause I’m 30 years old and have this big crush on a guy I’ve spotted recently at my gym

I dont even know his name cause while he comes to train I’m with my trainer and I’d rather jump off a cliff before asking him because I know he will say somthing embarrassing to him!! I’m single and have been for three years
